320 g *Risotto rice
12 cl *White wine
120 cl *Vegetable stock
40 g *Soft butter
40 g *Parmesan cheese

*Prepare the ingredients.

*Fit the paddle in the bowl.

*Pour the oil into the bowl.

*Add the onions, mushrooms, rice and salt. Fry for 4 mins.
